- Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and perform data entry tasks, maintain accurate filing systems, and order office/production supplies, disposition of returned finished goods.
- Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring operational readiness.
- Proficient in Office – Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams and SAP – Usage on a daily basis.
- SAP Support: Cycle count transactions, un backflush transactions, Correcting backflush errors, Shipping transaction support, Backing out outbound deliveries, Testing / Meetings for implementation, Price list maintenance for import into SAP.
