Bilingual Customer Service Rep

  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling high call volumes efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and ensure consistent client service standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed.

Bilingual Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer service roles with a focus on client support.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; strong communication skills in both languages are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills coupled with active listening abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer support best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic computer skills are required.
  • Experience in handling cash transactions or cash handling procedures is a plus.
