Laser Department Associate (Entry-Level)
Position Summary:
We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Laser Department! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn something new. No prior laser experience is required—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. You'll begin by assisting with production tasks such as counting, unpacking, and labeling products. As you become familiar with the process, you'll have the opportunity to train as a Laser Operator.
Location: Desoto, TX
Pay: $18.00
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Count, unpack, and label products for production.
- Prepare materials for the laser department.
- Assist with daily production tasks to keep workflow moving efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
- Learn laser engraving equipment and processes through hands-on training.
- Support the team with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- No experience required—training is provided.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the company.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Lift 10–20 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that is not air conditioned.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
