Laser Department Associate (Entry-Level)

Position Summary:

We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Laser Department! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn something new. No prior laser experience is required—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. You'll begin by assisting with production tasks such as counting, unpacking, and labeling products. As you become familiar with the process, you'll have the opportunity to train as a Laser Operator.

Location: Desoto, TX

Pay: $18.00

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Count, unpack, and label products for production.
Prepare materials for the laser department.
Assist with daily production tasks to keep workflow moving efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety and quality standards.
Learn laser engraving equipment and processes through hands-on training.
Support the team with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

No experience required—training is provided.
Basic computer skills are preferred.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the company.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
Lift 10–20 pounds regularly.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that is not air conditioned.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
